Can I Cancel At Any Time?
Yes. No long term contracts, Cancel anytime, simply by going to billing settings in your account and clicking cancel.
What Extra Fees Are There?
Other than the fee for our monthly subscription, there are only two other charges you have to think about: text messages, emails, and calls. These will be billed directly through Twilio & Mailgun; each text of 160 characters or less is $0.01 per message, and emails are $0.001 per message.
What Type Of Support & Help Can I Expect?
We provide full onboarding and a full training library on each part of the platform. Email and web chat are offered for the fastest support. Additionally you can post any questions inside of the mastermind community or reach a guide through direct message.
What About New Features?
We are adding new features all the time, and the best news is you get all new features as they are rolled out as part of your membership. No extra cost.
Is There a Limit To The Number Of Contacts Or Users?
Absolutely not. While other platforms raise the price based on numbers of users and or contacts you can add unlimited contacts or users.
